The Amelia Oceanfront Bed & Breakfast is a charming, historic house nestled in the sands of the Atlantic shoreline on Amelia Island, the first barrier island in North East Florida. The inn offers six spacious beautiful oceanfront guest suites decorated in eclectic beach cottage style. The Amelia Oceanfront Bed and Breakfast is different from other B & B’s in that the innkeepers live caddy corner across the street from the Inn, rather than in inhouse quarters, giving guests complete privacy.

I am interested in finding space for several families the third week of July. What would you charge to rent your entire B & B for the week? Suzann

      Dear Suzann
I presently have a family that rents the entire Inn for 10 days in the first part of July, I charge them around $8000.00 with breakfast. For two weeks we could go a lot cheaper without breakfast. I have to tell you that I do have the whole inn available after the 16th of July but I don’t think that will last too long, people are booking now for the summer. Please call me at 904 430 0026 to discuss the possibility of this.
      Thank you,
      Carmen Martinez

Do you have an area for a wedding reception with the wedding on the beach? (approximately 100 guest)

    • cmdoctora says:

We certainly have the beach space we are right on the beach and next door tothe public access and have avilable parking for about 20 cars total. We are a very small inn with 6 suites and 7 bathrooms so i do not know if 100 peiple is viable. I also do nothave any are inside to have a group in if it were to rain.

If you just wanted to be outside you can set up tents and such and rent all the downstairs units to allow people to use the bathrooms, and also use the patio on the ocedanside, but most activities would have to be on the beach.

If you are interested give me a call and we can talk about what you need. I do have a chef who used to be a pastry chef and specializes in wedding cakes.

Quaint accomodations and right on the ocean with a great view. Breakfast was disappointing.Tasteless quick and cheap bread for toast. Eggs were cold.
Nice place to stay, but eat breakfast elsewhere.

I’m considering a destination wedding. Renting the inn for 4 days at $1K per day would include what exactly? R we allowed to cook our own meals? Do you allow marriage ceremony’s to take place on the property?

I am looking for JUST this experience for a 10 year old, his Mother, sister and myself for at least a week. He will hopefully be on a break from his Chemo late May early June and has asked to learn to Surf this is part of his “bucket list” as his survival rate is 2-5 years.
I live in Yulee and have pets so I want him to be in a “clean” environment due to his health. If you have ever seen “Beaches” or “my sisters keeper” then you would know the kind of health issues my 10 year old friend is having and the experience I am looking for him to have.
Do you offer any deals or discounts for situations like this or are there any places that would assist in making this happen for him in the area?
